Hi,
I'm trying to use VolumeRenderer in VHTK for a project and intending to make use of RGB functions but not quite sure how it works.

This may not be a very intelligent question but can some one explain to me how the RGB function in this code work? It's slightly modified from an example code came with VHTK. Thank you very much!

Please use the [ code ] tag to format your code. Unindented code is really hard to read.

I can't spot any mistake, what is the problem you experience? The RGBFunction encapsulates red, green and blue transfer functions into a colour transfer function. Compare this with for example the HSVFunction. Since your colour becomes simply a grey ramp you could consider using ColorScaleFunction instead, with type 2 = greyscale.

Sorry for the messy post previously.

For the color transfer function, I didn't experienced any problem, but I could not conceptually understand how it worked.

But I think I got it now! Thanks a lot for your help !
