Dear Sir,

I bought a phantom desktop device (2 parallel ports).I installed drivers given along with device(compatible with XP).I tried interfacing device to windows 7. The moment I run "PHANTOM TEST.exe", system is hanging on.(EPP mode is enabled. system can detect device and gui shows the current pose of device)

I uninstalled drivers given with device and downloaded phantom device drivers(4.2.131 for 32 bit windows 7) from this link http://www.sensable.com/pdd-downloads-thankyou.htm#Alert. and tried to install it.
An error "Installer is already running" is appeared and installation is stopped. I installed the drivers in different computers but drivers installation (4.2.131 for 32 bit windows 7) is unsuccessful.

You're probably better off asking SensAble for support, since your question has to do with the Phantom Device Drivers (PDD) and not H3DAPI.
