Slow graphics performance in Linux with GeForce but not Quadro
Hello,

I happily run H3D in Linux (Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit) with high (80+ fps) frame rate using Nvidia Quadro 4000 cards. However, on machines that "only" has a GeForce card, like 580GTX, frame rate is ridiculous slow, perhaps 5-10 fps.

Anyone with the same experience? Can it have to do with drivers or is there something specific with H3D?

I get 9000+ fps in glxgears, and 130+ fps using this benchmarking demo: http://unigine.com/products/tropics/
